The board coordinates the association's activities, makes important decisions, and ensures its smooth daily operations. It develops the association's projects, manages finances, and represents members to external partners.
Presidency: represents the association, sets the main directions and supervises all actions.
Vice-Presidency: supports the Presidency and takes over in their absence, while managing specific projects.
Secretariat: ensures administrative follow-up, writes reports and manages internal communication.
Treasury: keeps accounts, prepares budgets and handles payments and financing.
